Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We’re looking for motivated team members to join our growing gutter installation crews. We provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.
About the Role:
First step toward becoming an installer. You’ll begin learning technical skills under the guidance of senior crew members.
Responsibilities:
- Measure materials
- Perform basic tool use
- Support install process under direction
- Apply safety procedures consistently
Advancement Opportunity:
- Demonstrate consistency with Level 1 install tasks
- Already knows how to place jobsite sign and call client
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
